Purchasing digital products requires having registered for a customer account.

To download digital products on NYCNAK, you must first purchase credits at the rate of USD 1.00 = 1.00 credit.

Those credits then enable you to order digital items.

Your credit balance is always accessible for viewing by logging in and accessing your account management page.

NYCNAK credits can be used ONLY on nycnak.com

If for any reason, your NYCNAK purchase of a physical product does not fulfill your expectations, please return the item(s) in original condition, within 7 days of the date the package was delivered. No exchange or refunds will be accepted after 30 days.

Note that all sales are final on all digital products. These orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and cannot be returned.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Repack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the original packing slip, enclose a letter describing the reason for the exchange or return, and ship to:

We make every attempt to keep sufficient stock of physical items listed on our site, but occasionally we do sell out of certain products.

nycnak.com can take orders for shipment to the United States and Canada.

For in-stock items, all orders are usually processed between 1-2 business days (excluding U.S. national holidays). Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
